We also produce PAC-M, the Property Adjusted Cash-Flow Model, for analysing and stress-testing the cashflow of real estate portfolios.

OCCAM products combine the power of custom-built quantitative software with the flexibility and familiarity of Excel. Wizards run within Microsoft Excel using data from your own spreadsheets, returning a wide variety of results. Advanced users can sidestep Excel and address the software directly from their own applications.
